Otten Johnson Elects Cory Rutz Shareholder & Director of the Firm

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Cory M. Rutz has been elected a shareholder and director of the firm. Her new role was effective January 1, 2021.

Cory represents property owners and developers in the acquisition and entitlement of commercial, residential and industrial projects. Her practice includes assisting clients with local government approval of annexations, subdivisions, rezonings and development agreements. With joint degrees in law and urban planning, Cory fundamentally understands the real-world challenges and implications of her clients’ work, and she focuses on offering pragmatic solutions aimed at accomplishing their individual goals. Cory is a member of both the Real Estate and Land Use practice groups.
