Otten Johnson Elects Kyle R. Blackmer and Heather Park Meek as Directors and Shareholders of the Firm
Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Kyle Blackmer and Heather Park Meek have been elected shareholders and directors of the firm. Both Heather and Kyle have already distinguished themselves both within the firm as well as in the community. Their new roles were effective January 1, 2019.
Kyle Blackmer joined the firm in 2013. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School (2011), was named Order of the Coif, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review. After law school, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Judge Lewis T. Babcock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Kyle’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Practice Groups, Kyle will continue to represent banking, real estate, development and business clients. Kyle is currently serving as the chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
Heather Park Meek joined the firm in 2012. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School (2012), where she was involved in the CU Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and was published in the University of Colorado Law Review. Heather received her undergraduate degree from New York University. She is part of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, and she also serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Her practice will continue to focus on the representation of real estate developers and owners in all aspects of their commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on leasing and acquisitions and dispositions.
