Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Patrick Fagan has joined the firm as an Associate in our Finance Practice Team. Patrick brings a wealth of expertise in advising lenders in complex commercial lending matters. His specialization includes real estate transaction financing, construction and development financing, and comprehensive loan documentation and negotiation.

Patrick’s experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents for single-bank and syndicated loans on behalf of institutional lenders for large-scale commercial developments throughout the country. Additionally, Patrick has experience in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of loan modifications, participation agreements, and opinion letters. Before joining Otten Johnson, Patrick worked at two prominent Indianapolis law firms, where he played a key role in their commercial real estate practices.
