Jodi Andrus has more than 15 years of experience working with attorneys and clients on a full range of real estate and corporate matters. Jodi’s background includes extensive work on title and survey review of commercial, industrial, multi-tenant, manufactured housing and mixed-use properties as well as vacant land for acquisitions, dispositions and finance transactions. Jodi has expertise related to contract and due diligence review and closings. She is a detail-oriented, collaborative partner to attorneys and clients alike, and both frequently rely on her to help deliver transactions across the finish line. Throughout her career, Jodi has held positions within the title insurance industry, an area law firm, and a real estate holding company—each of which enriches her work at Otten Johnson.
