JJ Asarch

Jonathan (JJ) Asarch is a business lawyer whose professional background includes experience both in private practice and in-house (serving as General Counsel) at private and public companies.  He has worked in both entrepreneurial and established settings.  His experience as an operator provides him with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing business owners, principals, in-house counsel, and their teams.

JJ focuses his practice on corporate, real estate, and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, asset management, and private equity.  He also regularly serves clients as outside general counsel and advisor.  JJ’s experience spans numerous industries, including commercial real estate, hospitality, resort management, healthcare, technology, telecom, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, and agribusiness.  He has substantial experience in both the commercial real estate and healthcare sectors, having worked in-house at a sponsor of public non-traded REITs and at two start-up healthcare companies.
