Overview

David Brewster represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. He strives to achieve his clients’ goals through attentive, comprehensive, and pragmatic service. David’s transactional practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing. His clients range from individual landowners and closely held businesses to corporate real estate investors and developers. David also has a litigation background in complex corporate, landlord/tenant, easement, quiet title, adverse possession, foreclosure, and land use disputes. With his litigation background, David brings a unique and holistic approach to his legal practice.

While in law school, David interned for the Hon. Philip Douglass in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado and served as a Student Attorney in the University of Denver Environmental Law Clinic. He also mentored and taught first-year law students serving as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Nantiya Ruan’s first-year legal writing class. Before law school, David worked as a franchise development consultant, where he worked with small and mid-size business owners striving to grow and achieve their potential. David utilizes this experience in working to attain growth-oriented results for his clients.

David serves on the firm’s Community Committee, Recruiting Committee, and Pledge to Diversity sub-Committee.
