Patrick J. Fagan

Patrick Fagan specializes in advising both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending matters. His expertise spans a wide range of financing transactions, including real estate transaction financing, construction and development financing, and comprehensive loan documentation and negotiation. Patrick’s experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents for single-bank and syndicated loans on behalf of institutional lenders for large-scale commercial developments throughout the country. Additionally, Patrick has experience in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of loan modifications, participation agreements, and opinion letters.

Before joining Otten Johnson, Patrick worked at two prominent Indianapolis law firms, where he was integral to their commercial real estate and commercial lending practices. Prior to attending law school, Patrick worked in commercial real estate appraising as well as multifamily development financing.
