Jessie M. Fischer

Jessie Fischer represents clients in a wide variety of real estate development matters. In the land use context, Jessie represents clients working through land use approval processes, such as annexation, zoning and rezoning, subdivision, and entitlements. Jessie also works on a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and private development agreements, easements, and covenants.

Prior to joining Otten Johnson, Jessie spent 15 years litigating complex medical malpractice cases, specializing in the defense of health care providers and institutions. She also represented health care providers and other licensed professionals in administrative licensing matters, as well as defended clients in general liability and employment matters. She brings with her a wide array of trial and litigation experience.
