Ali Renes

Ali Renes is an experienced real estate and construction attorney whose practice focuses on commercial retail, agricultural, and industrial properties across the country. She has extensive experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale documents, leases, construction contracts and related development agreements, and borrower-side financing documents.

Ali’s background includes serving as Associate General Counsel for a local furniture store chain, where she negotiated purchase and sale contracts for various commercial retail, residential, agricultural, and industrial properties. This in-house corporate experience has given her a deep understanding of her clients’ business operations, enabling her to provide practical and business-focused legal advice.

Beyond her time in-house, Ali has both local and national experience representing developers, landowners, tenants, and borrowers across the hospitality, retail, construction, and healthcare industries.

Outside of her practice, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and cat. She also loves reading and traveling as much as her schedule allows.
