Overview

Tim Tamminga works closely with the firm’s clients on a range of matters, including land use issues, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance. He has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and securing development entitlements for a variety of projects, including office, retail, and mixed-use developments.

He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as the senior submissions editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Tim also has a master’s degree from Georgetown University in urban and regional planning, and a B.A. from New Mexico State University. Prior to law school, Tim served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and worked as Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer.
