Brett M. Williams

Brett Williams counsels clients regarding corporate structuring, capital raising and real estate acquisition and disposition matters. In particular, Brett helps clients with determining organizational structures, assisting with private placement and borrower side debt financing transactions, and drafting and negotiating joint venture, partnership and purchase and sale agreements.

Before joining the firm, Brett worked in a national law firm where he focused on private placements and mergers and acquisitions in a highly regulated industry. While in law school, Brett served as a law clerk to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and was elected as a president of the honor board and the Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP), Sturm College of Law chapter.
